RULES AND REGULATIONS
Please read and acknowledge by initialing where indicated on all pages.
1. RENT PAYMENTS: Rent and any other payments (i.e., utilities) are due and payable each month per the Site Service Agreement. A $35 fee will be charged for all returned checks. Cash, cashier’s check, or money order will be immediately required to recover the returned check and personal checks will no longer be accepted.
2. 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit within the park is 10 MPH for the safety of our guests and employees. If you receive a 2nd Violation, you may be asked to leave.
3. SEWER CONNECTION: A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required. A $25 clean-up fee will be charged if your RV causes a sewer back-up.
4. VEHICLE PASSES: Each site will accommodate up to two vehicles and must be operational and have current registration. Additional vehicles, to include your guests visiting the park, must be approved by the office and will need to park in one of our designated overflow parking locations. All vehicles within the park must have a parking pass otherwise they are subject to being towed at the owner’s expense. If you or your guests do not have a parking pass, please contact our office to request one.
5. NO ATVS, 4 OR 3-WHEELERS: ATVs are not permitted to be driven in the park, nor parked on your site.
6. PARKING: Vehicles are NOT to be parked on vacant sites or within the roadways. Emergency vehicles and other RVs are unable to pass safely, and your vehicle is subject to being towed at the owner’s expense.
Utility trailers, ATVs or non-operational/unregistered vehicles are NOT permitted on your site. Please contact our office to check our storage availability and to pay the fee.
7. NO MAJOR VEHICLE REPAIRS: Vehicle repairs or service work including oil changes and lubing, vehicles on jacks and other major repairs are prohibited.
8. GOLF CARTS: Golf carts are welcome in the park but must be operational and not parked on the grass.
9. NO PARKING ON THE GRASS: Vehicles and Golf Carts are not permitted on the grass. We have shallow utilities and try to preserve the grass and to prevent muddy areas.
10. SITE CLEANLINESS: Your site cleanliness is your responsibility. Your site must be kept clean and free from any trash or excessive items. Outside items that are permissible would include patio furniture, BBQ and plants. NO household furniture, appliances, refrigerators, freezers, window A/Cs, weight sets, tools, sheds, or utility cabinets. Household trash is not to be left outside and needs to be placed in dumpsters daily.

11. LAWN MAINTENANCE: The grassy areas need to be free and clear of all items, to include rugs, plants, dog pens, BBQs, fire pits, etc. to allow our lawn maintenance crew to mow the sites. Lawn maintenance is not scheduled on specific days as they do the park in phases, so these areas need to always be clear. They are not responsible for damage to items that are in areas to be maintained. If we are unable to mow because of excessive items or dog enclosures, you will be responsible for those areas.
The cutting of trees or plants is not permitted by guests. If you have trees that need attended to, please call our office so we can put in a work order.
12. FIRE PITS: Charcoal grills and free-standing fire pits with arresters or tops are permitted when Comal County does not have a fire ban in effect and must always be attended to. Please check the current fire ban information on the Comal County website prior to use.
13. WATER CONSERVATION: We are under water restrictions year-round so please do not waste water. Please contact our office prior to washing your RV or vehicles and to pay the fee.
14. RESTROOMS/SHOWERS: Our facilities are accessible 24 hours a day. Our staff does a great job keeping the restrooms and showers clean, so please be respectful and do your part in helping keep them that way.
15. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. No loud parties, excessive drinking or other unacceptable behavior by guests will be permitted. Illegal activities of any sort are strictly prohibited. If the authorities are called out for a disturbance, you may be asked to leave.
16. DUMPSTERS: We have dumpsters throughout the park for your convenience. All garbage must be placed in plastic bags and tied securely, and empty boxes need to be flattened. Do not place any items on the ground by the dumpsters. If a dumpster is full, please find another one of our eleven on site to dispose of your trash. Items should not be left outside the dumpsters. Prohibited items will need to be taken to a landfill include – mattresses, tires, couches, large construction items or furniture.
17. CANOPIES AND DOG ENCLOSURES: Canopies may only be 10×10 and have only screen material on 3 sides. They are to be used for patio furniture ONLY and not for storage. Dog enclosures must be no larger than 10x10x3 and collapsible/removable for lawn maintenance. Dog waste must be removed daily from your site. Canopies and dog enclosures can only be erected after receiving park approval. Management may ask for any unauthorized or unacceptable canopies or dog enclosures to be removed.
18. PETS: No more than 3 pets are allowed per site. All pets need to be approved in advance of staying in the park. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and never unattended. Please review our Pet Policy for further information and to review the full list of rules.
19. CLOTHES LINES OR HAMMOCKS: Clothes lines are not permitted. Hammocks must be free standing and are not on the grass.
20. PARENTS OF CHILDREN IN THE PARK: Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and must always be supervised. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in any facilities, rec halls or in the pool areas without an adult. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the hot tub.
21. GUESTS: You are responsible for the conduct of any guest you invite into the park. Guests that stay overnight (past 10pm) will be charged an additional fee.
22. SUBLET OR REASSIGN: You may not sublet or reassign your site. If you sell your RV and the new owner wants to remain in the park, they must fill out the application for consideration. If they are not approved the RV will need to be removed at the time of your check-out date.
ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31:04 (B), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICES LAW”.
These Park Rules are used merely as a guideline and are not all inclusive of what may be enforced. Stone Creek RV Park reserves the right to change the Park Rules at any time without notice. Any unresolved issues may result in Management not extending your stay.
