Cancellation Policy

RV Sites and Cabins:

Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded except for a $5.00 service charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will be charged the equivalent of the first night stay for daily and weekly reservations.
Holiday reservation deposits are non-refundable.

Monthly RV Sites:

Cancellation of a monthly reservation will forfeit the $250.00 deposit if reservation is cancelled at any time. Monthly guests will only be prorated after one full month stay.

Important

Our Wi-Fi system will support normal web browsing and e-mail, but some products such as VOIP and Skype will not work normally. Additionally, some access degradation can be expected during peak usage times. Guests using heavy bandwidth services such as streaming video and conferencing can overwhelm the system and lock out other users. Please avoid using heavy bandwidth services as a courtesy to other guests.
